Ouita Clements Tassin passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2012 at M.D. 
Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. 

She was born November 08, 1952 in New Orleans, LA to Adele Ruth Clements Mouton 
and the late Wesley Clements, Jr. and has been a resident of Franklinton, LA 
since 2000.

The beloved wife of Michael J. Tassin, she is survived by two sons, Jason E. 
Tassin (Maureen) and Justin M. Tassin (Sherry); two brothers, Johnny L. and W. 
Patrick Clements; three grandchildren: Emily V. and Bella R. Tassin and Bryson 
G. Husser; one step brother, Tommy Mouton and many cousins, nieces, nephews and 
dear friends. 

She was preceded in death by her step father, Clifton J. Mouton, Jr. and one 
step brother, Robert Mouton.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service 
at 10:00 AM on Monday, December 24, 2012 at The Pentecostals of Lee Road 
Church, 17700 Highway 40 Covington, LA 70435.

A wake is scheduled to take place at the church on Sunday, December 23, 2012 
from 6-9:00 PM with visiting hours beginning Monday at 9:00 AM.

Interment at The Pentecostals of Lee Road Cemetery will immediately follow 
services.
