ELIJICH, RUTH 
    September 28, 1926  -  January 4, 2013

RUTH FUQUA ELIJICH, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 
Ochsner Hospital in Jefferson, LA.

Beloved wife of the John Elijich, Jr.
Daughter of the late John and Ella Fuqua.
Sister of the late Marcus, William, Ealy, Fred and Ralph Fuqua, Mable Haveard 
and Winnie Marie Daniels.
Also survived by her nieces and nephews; Sybil Evans, Betty Jane Dubose, Jerry 
Daniels and Jane Moore.

Age 86 years; a native of Brewton, AL and a resident of Slidell since 1981. She 
was a former beautician in Slidell and was a member of the Live Poets Society 
and has had numerous books published.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services 
at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), 
Slidell, LA on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 11:00am. Visitation will be from 
9:00am until 11:00am. Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery, 
Biloxi, MS.
