RICHARD H. MOORMAN, 81, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 
2013, in Slidell.

Mr. Moorman was preceded in death by his parents: Ruble and Clara Moorman; his 
wife: Katie Cotton Moorman; a son: Joe Long; and a sister: Millie Warner.
He is survived by children: Richard E. Moorman (wife Terry), John D. Moorman, 
James “Chris” Moorman (wife Martha Lynn), Pearson “Porky” Long (wife Donnie), 
Gus Long (wife Joanie), Gerald Wayne Long, Huey Long (wife Shelly), Myra Owen 
(husband Ray) and Faye Givens (husband Wayne); one brother: Billy Holcombe; 31 
grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.
Funeral Services will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,
1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA
on Monday, January 28, 2013 at 12:00 P.M.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday beginning at 1000am.

Burial will be in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.
