Murel Rainey Sr. died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013.

Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Ann Rainey; sons, Morene` Jacque Rainey, 
Edward Murel Rainey II, Murel Rainey Jr., and Robert Paul Rainey; daughters, 
Aprol Lynn Rainey Diaz, Jamie Dean Rainey and Cassie Marie Morace; brother, 
Sammy Rainey; sister, Linda Wiggins, and grandchildren, Brent, Branden, Jordan, 
Hailee, Mason C., Payton, Aeryal, Brea, Landen, Mason D., Morene` Jr., and 
Blayden.

Funeral services will be Jan. 11 at 1 p.m., with visitation starting at 10 a.m. 

Interment will follow at Toomer Cemetery in Lacombe. Pastor Byron Brown will 
officiate.

Williams Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
