Raymond A. Sharp, Sr. passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at the age of 72 
after a long battle with cancer.

Beloved husband of Joyce Fairburn Sharp. Father of Clint Sharp and spouse 
Faith, Ray Sharp, Jr. and spouse Tammy and Brandie Sharp Savarese and spouse 
John. Grandfather of Allison, Jodey, Austin, Eleanor, Destin, Raychel, Nikki, 
Dallas, Gage and Kate. Brother of Jerry, Levell, Rupert, and the late Leroy and 
Herbert Sharp. Son of the late Leslie and Edna Sharp. Special friend of Myrtie 
and Danny Hyatt.

A native and a lifelong resident of Bush, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service 
at Sharp’s Chapel Church of God, 22191 Sharp’s Chapel Rd., Bush, LA 70431 on 
Thursday, January 17, 2013 at 1:00 PM. Visitation, AT THE CHURCH, from 10:00 AM 
until service time.

Interment in Sharp’s Chapel Church Cemetery.
