He was the husband of Angela Williams Troxclair and the beloved son of Elaine Troxclair Lescale and the late Laurent Joseph Troxclair; the brother of Richard Troxclair (Amy), Susan T. Daniel (David), Donna T. Laird (Geoffrey) and the late Karen Tennant (Robb) and Mary Kestler (Bruce); the stepson of the late Henry E. Lescale Jr., and stepbrother of Clement Lescale (Mary), Henry E. Lescale III, Russell Lescale (Cherie), Richard Lescale (Leetrice) and Lynn Culton (Bill); devoted nephew of Vivian Aucoin; son-in-law of Rawlin and Lani Williams; and brother-in-law of Kelli and Tommy Robert, and Kim and Michael Flocke. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. David was a graduate of Rummel High School and Delgado Community College. He was a master skilled carpenter who took meticulous pride in his work and received nothing but praise for his craftsmanship. He was a member of the Krewe of Zeus for many years. A friend to all who knew him, he will be sadly missed. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service on Monday, Jan. 7 at Annunciation Catholic Church located at 517 Avenue B in Bogalusa.
