On Thursday, February 14, 2013, Valentine's Day, at 3 pm, the hour of Divine Mercy, John Roussel Bull “Bubba” departed this life to his heavenly home. John lived life on his terms. He maintained his boyish spirit to the end through his laughter and his love of fun. We had and still have many lessons to learn from John. He had a unique and powerful way of connecting and accepting humanity. His heart was strong and he loved deeply as he was loved by those who knew his spirit. Loving father of Lily Evangeline Bull. Beloved son of Joy Roussel and the late George Edward Bull III. Grandson of the late George Bull Jr., Louise Bull, Alvin Roussel and Pearl Roussel. Brother of Geb Bull and wife Jennifer and Scott Bull and wife Heather. Uncle of Brandon, Caroline, Savannah and Isabella Bull. Nephew of Janice Roussel and Alvin Roussel. Mr. Bull was a native of New Orleans, a US Army Veteran, Graduate of LSU, Man of Manresa and a Member of FCBA. He loved fishing in Grand Isle, hunting, cooking, movies and was a die-hard Saints and LSU fan. All funeral services are private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in memory of Mr. Bull to be made to the charity of your choice. U.S. Veteran ===================
