Randy J. Forman, 58, of Slidell died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013.

Survivors include his wife, Virginia “Ginger” Stevens; son, Randy J. Forman 
Jr.; daughter and son-in-law, Sara Forman and David Porto; sisters, Jeana 
Wathen, Jana Ross and Jody Burgess, and six grandchildren. 

He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph G. and Hazel E. Forman, and sister, 
Pamela Massey.

He was a native of Dixon, Ill., a longtime resident of Lincoln, Neb., and had 
been a Slidell resident since 2011. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
