GOINS

Frank L. Goins, 71, of Slidell died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013.

Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy Jean and Dickey 
Dubuisson; many nieces and nephews, and his beloved cats. 

He was predeceased by his parents, W.C. and Frances Goins, and brother, Charles 
Stanford Gains.

He was a respected certified public accountant for many years and had many 
clients and good friends.

There will be a memorial service announced later.
