PHYLLIS STOUT MEJIA, 74, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Monday, February 4, 
2013 while surrounded by her devoted husband and loving family.

Beloved Wife of Al Mejia;
Mother of Gari Cross, Steven Walpole, Angele Mejia, Troy Mejia, Al Mejia III, 
Ann Mejia, and the late Gregory Hampton, Randy Walpole, and Candy Autry;
Daughter of the late James and Hattie Stout;
Sister of Mary Louise Stout, Irene Reed, Donald Stout, Carol Stout.
Also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, 
other relatives, and lifelong friend Sharon Seeburger.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.
Funeral Services will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,
1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA
on Friday, February 8, 2013 at 1:00 P.M.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 11:00am.

Interment will be in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of St. Joseph 
Hospice.
