Jackie Dessauer Ouder passed away on Friday, February 22, 2013.

Beloved wife of the late Col. Melvin “Mo” L. Ouder, USAF Ret. Mother of Lonny 
Lee Wilson. Grandmother of Col. Lorelei Coplen, US Army, Lilith Boucher and 
John Wilson. Daughter of the late Junius and Eloise Dessauer. Sister of the 
late Eloise D. Newman. Also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.

Age 89 years. A native of New Orleans and a resident of Mandeville, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the graveside service 
at Biloxi National Cemetery, 400 Veterans Ave., Biloxi, MS 39531 on Friday, 
March 1, 2013 at 11:00 A.M.
