He was born, Sunday, February 12, 1956 in New Orleans, LA to Elie Castille, Jr. and Lucille Artigue Castille and was a life long resident of St. Bernard Parish until August, 2005. Harry retired from the St. Bernard Port, Harbor and Terminal District and moved to Mandeville after Katrina. He loved his job and people he worked with and would be working today if the Lord was willing. He was a former employee at Lykes Bros. Harry was known for his yearly vegetable gardens and with his wife, enjoyed watching the sanctuary and safe haven they created for the local wildlife. The beloved husband of Marilyn Buchert Castille for 32 years, he is survived by two step-children- David J. Evans (Jennifer) and Leslie Evans Gallardo (John); four grandchildren- Jesse and Lindsey Gallardo, David and Taylor Evans; one brother- Tony Castille; one sister- Kitty Castille Banner (William); two nephews- Johnny and Frank Couste and one neice- Jennifer Couste; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. He was preceded in death by one brother - David Castille. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service and ceremony by Graham-Washington Masonic Lodge No. 413 at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue Covington, LA 70433. Visiting hours will begin Saturday at 10:00 AM.
