Aristide “Harry” Charles Gaulon, Jr. passed away on March 10, 2013 at the age 
of 83. 

A native of New Orleans and a resident of Covington, LA for the past 15 years. 

Beloved husband of Muriel Gaulon. Loving father of Elizabeth Gaulon, Gail 
Gaulon, and the late Paul Renee Gaulon. Brother of Betty Seybold, James Gaulon, 
Elliott Gaulon, and the late Gloria Widanka and Marguarite Jenkins. He will be 
greatly missed by his five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Mr. Gaulon was a member of the United States National Guard and enlisted by the 
U.S. Army during the Korean War. He attained the rank of Lt. Colonel by the 
time of his retirement from the reserves. 
After his military service, Harry worked for Bellsouth for 32 years as an 
office supervisor until his retirement in 1991. He served as a member of the 
American Legion Post #16, Covington Lions Club, and Volunteers of America.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services 
on Friday, March, 15, 2013 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, 
Covington, LA 70433 at 11:00 AM with visitation on Thursday March 14, 2013 from 
6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and Friday March 15, 2013 from 10:00 AM until service 
time. 

Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in memory of Aristide C. 
Gaulon, Jr. be made to First Baptist Church of Covington, 16333 Hwy 1085, 
Covington, LA
