Jack Jordan M.D. passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the age of 92.

Beloved husband of the late Diane Haskell Jordan. Loving father of Janet Jordan 
Jones, Valista Jones and Doris Alber. Son of the late Blanche Thomason Jordan 
and William Jordan. Brother of Mary Lou Barker and the late Pete Jordan. 
Grandfather of Jessica Sims, Jeremy Sims, Jackie Popham, Jennifer Jones and 
Sarah Alber. Great-grandfather of Hunter Talazac, Maitland Popham and Annabelle 
Popham.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial services 
on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st 
Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 at 1:00 PM with visitation on day from 11:00 AM 
until service time.
