KIRKPATRICK, ROBERT JERRY 
January 13, 1932 - March 31, 2013

ROBERT JERRY KIRKPATRICK, 81, of Slidell, passed away Sunday, March 31st.

A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Robert was born in Gretna, Louisiana. He graduated 
with honors from Loyola University in New Orleans and earned a graduate degree 
from Stanford University in Stanford, California. He enjoyed a long, happy life 
with his wife, Barbara, of 62 years.

Robert spent his entire career in the financial industry. Among his many loves 
were his family, good food, good golf, and travel around the world.

Robert was survived by his wife, Barbara; daughter Deborah Kalena and husband 
David of Maple City, Michigan; Susan Bihm of Slidell and Michael Kirkpatrick of 
San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by Grandchildren, Michelle Charlton; 
Robert and Sussette Manshack; Wayne Bihm and wife Karen; Jennifer Freeland and 
husband Joel; Robert Kirkpatrick and wife Sarah; and Kelly Kirkpatrick. Robert 
had five loving Great-Grandchildren, Justin, Shelby, Jessie, Ethan and Olivia.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 3rd at Honaker 
Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd. West, Slidell, LA.

Visitation will be from 9:00am until 11:00am.

Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
