Leonard "Lenny" P. Lionnet, at the age of 69, passed away on Thursday morning, 
February 28, 2013 at his home in Covington, LA with his loving family by his 
side. 

A native of New Orleans, resided in Metairie for most of his life and for the 
past 7 years in Covington. 

Lenny joined the Army in 1962 and later re-enlisted and served for 23 years. 

Beloved and devoted husband of Anna Carimi Lionnet for the past 46 years. 
Devoted father of Leonard P. Lionnet, Jr. and Nicole Lionnet Kugler. Brother of 
Leonce Lionnet and wife Merrillyn, Lester J. "LJ" Lionnet and wife Mary Ann, 
Leslie Lionnet and Lorraine Gaiennie and one step-sister, Dottie Rodrigue and 
husband Raymond. Papa of Sarah and Benjamin Kugler.

Relatives and friends of the family and residents of Terra Mariae are invited 
to attend the funeral services at LifeGate Church, 3699 Hwy 59, Mandeville on 
Monday, March 4, 2013 at 12:00 Noon. 
Visitation at the church from 10:00 am until service time. 

The graveside service will take place on Tuesday, March 5 at Biloxi National 
Cemetery at 12:30 pm. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project
