JOHN “JACK” B. O’KEEFE, 88, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 
2013, in Slidell.

Beloved Husband of the late Mary E. O’Keefe;
Father of Kevin O’Keefe (wife Kim), Paul O’Keefe (wife Terri), Peter O’Keefe 
(wife Tammy), and the late John B. O’Keefe Jr.;
Brother of William O’Keefe and the late Margaret Mahr;
Also survived by five grandchildren: Christina O’Keefe, Jennifer O’Keefe 
Lovett, Lindsay O’Keefe, Kyle O’Keefe, Nicole O’Keefe; and two great-
grandchildren: Alexis Lovett and Elizabeth Lovett.

A native of Brooklyn, New York, and a resident of Slidell since 1971. He was a 
World War II Army Air Corp veteran and an avid Golfer.

Funeral Services will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,
1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA
on Monday, April 1, 2013 at 11:00 A.M.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday beginning at 9:00am. 

Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
