DAVID J. PELLERIN, 89, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2013, 
at Slidell Memorial Hospital.

Beloved Husband of the late Rose Silva Pellerin;
Father of David M. Pellerin and Rudolph Doll (wife Julie);
Son of the late Locke Andrew Pellerin and Emmeraunt David Pellerin;
Brother of the late Joe Pellerin, Alice Pellerin, and Ellen DiNapolis;
Also survived by one grandchild, Lara C. Doll Kennedy; one great-grandchild: 
Jude Thomas Kennedy; caregiver and best friend Shashuna "Cheyenne" Rome.

Mr. Pellerin was a native of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, and a U.S. Army World 
War II Veteran, serving as a Medic with the 1st Calvary Division. He was 
awarded the Silver Star and Purple Heart Medals.

David retired from Kaiser Aluminum Company in 1983, after 30 years of service. 
He was a resident of Baton Rouge, then New Orleans, and a resident of Slidell 
since 1975.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.
Funeral Services will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,
1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA
on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at 1:00 P.M.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday beginning at 9:00am.

Burial with Military Honors will be in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.
