CHAPIN, VICTOR RAY 

Victor Ray Chapin passed away on Friday, April 12, 2013 at the age of 74 years. 

He is survived by his companion Roxanne Forrest. 
He was preceded in death by his son B.J. Chapin, 
his parents Everet and Rosealine Chapin 
also brothers Billy Chapin, and Carl Chapin. 

Mr. Chapin will be deeply missed.
