Norma Wortham Lee passed away peacefully on Monday, April 22, 2013 in 
Covington, LA.

She was born on March 3, 1933 to Opal and Harvey Wortham in Kemp, TX.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Joe D. Lee, Jr. and 
survived by their three children: Mike and his wife Kristi, Marcia and her 
husband Mike Dobbs and Elaine and her husband Clif Smith. She dearly loved her 
grandchildren: Megan, Amy, Michelle, David, Emily, Morgan, Brian, Jessie, 
Jennifer and Paige.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at 
E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 from 
4:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at Wilshire Baptist 
Church, 4316 Abrams Rd., Dallas, TX 75214 on Friday, April 26, 2013 at 10:00 AM 
with visitation starting at 9:00 AM. 

Interment in Restland Memorial Park Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 
75243.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to the Alzheimer’s 
Association, P.O. Box 6417,Alexandria, LA 71307-6417 (www.alz.org).
