Catherine "Cay" Bush Perry passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2013. She was born 
December 17, 1941 in Bogalusa, LA to Thomas James, Sr. and Zoie Eunice Morris 
Bush and has been a resident of Covington since 1980.

The beloved wife of the late Ronald E. Perry, Sr., she is survived by two sons, 
S. Christian Perry (Mindy) and Adam Thomas Perry, M.D. (Heidi); one daughter, 
Faith Perry Bourgoyne (Jason); three brothers: Thomas J., Jr., Nathan W. and 
Herbert K. Bush and seven grandchildren: Chloe Perry, Thomas, Gresham and Drake 
Perry, Zoie, Beau and Tate Bourgoyne.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one son, Ronald E. Perry, 
Jr.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at 2:00 PM on 
Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Covington, 16333 Highway 
1085 Covington, LA 70433.

Visiting hours at the church on Tuesday will begin at Noon.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the First Baptist Church of 
Covington’s Special Needs Program.
