Claude Puckett, Jr. passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at his home in 
Folsom. 

He was born March 28, 1951 in Nicholasville, KY to Claude, Sr. and Lilla Smith 
Puckett.

The beloved husband of Bobbie Nicholson Puckett, he is survived by five 
children: Claude, II, Jonathan W., Margie A. and James E. Puckett and Terry W. 
Nicholson; five siblings: Betty Joe Russell, Wanda Lou Puckett, Don C. Puckett, 
Lillian F. Puckett and Margie A. Nicholson and 12 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Edith M. Russell and three 
brothers: Carl, Eugene and Ronnie Puckett.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at 12:00 PM on 
Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue 
Covington, LA 70433.

Visiting hours on Tuesday will begin at 10:00 AM.

Interment at The Pentecostals of Lee Road Church Cemetery will immediately 
follow services.
