Frank C. "Coco" Artus passed away on Friday, April 26, 2013 at Pontchartrain 
Health Care Center at the age of 82. 

Born in Bogalusa and a lifelong resident of Covington. 
He was a family historian playing an active role in planning reunions. 
Graduated from Covington High and earned a football scholarship to Nicholls 
State University, Thibodaux, LA. 
A former Covington Councilman serving for several terms. 

Son of the late Frank and Ruby Williams Artus, Covington, LA. 
Frank was the former spouse of Katherine Broussard Artus. They were married for 
25 years. 
Father of Bruce Artus (Vivian), Kathy Viator, Steven Artus, Karen Artus and 
Terrell Artus (Deanna). Brother of Robert Artus (Gloria), Marilyn Jenkins and 
Janis Morandi and the late Marie Artus, Jewell Artus and Hurbert Artus. 
Grandfather of Christina, Michelle, Katie, Emily, Sarah, Carlie, Madisen, Bryce 
and one great grandson, Alejandro.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services 
at Waldheim United Methodist Church, 77067 Hwy. 21 on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 
12:00 Noon. Visitation at the church from 10:00 am until service time. 

Intermet immediately following at Williams Family Cemetery, Bush, LA. 

Arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Covington, LA.
