LAWRENCE ‘CHUBBY’ WILLIAM BAAS, JR, age 56 years, of Slidell, LA, peacefully 
passed away to the loving arms of his Savior Jesus Christ, on Saturday, May 18, 
2013.

Loving father of Jennifer Meadows, Sean Baas and Bianca Baas.
Beloved brother of Diane Baas Scofield.
Son of the late Lawrence W. Baas, Sr.
Grandson of the late James W. Baas and Mary Jennings Baas.
Also survived by 2 grandchildren, Boston Hinton and Reef Antaloczy and, aunts, 
uncles, nephews and cousins.

He worked for L.S.U. Health and Science for the past 24 years as an HVAC 
Mechanic.
He was an avid fisherman, mechanic and all-time “Picker”.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral
Services at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,
1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA
on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 1:00 P.M.

Interment in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Visitation on Thursday after 11:00 A.M. until funeral time.

Donations to Abundant Life Church, 2301 Par 3 Dr. Harvey, La. 70058 preferred, 
in lieu of flowers.
