BRENDA STOKES EIDSON, age 69, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 
2013.

Beloved Wife of John D. Eidson.
Mother of Lisa Ross Eidson.
Daughter of the late Edgar Ross Stokes and Neva Pugh Stokes.
Sister of Peggy Jolly, Barbara Pierce, Donna Byars and the late Gloria Morton.
Also survived by her granddogs, Bear and Bambi.

A native of Shuqualak, MS and resident of Slidell since 1984.
She was a Legal Secretary for the late MS Senator William G. “Bill” Burgin, 
Jr., for Sessions and Fishman in New Orleans and many years for Martin Smith in 
Slidell.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services 
at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,
1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA, on Saturday, May 
11, 2013 at 2:00 P.M.

Interment in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Visitation on Saturday after 12:00 O’clock noon until funeral time.

Donations to any animal shelter of your choice, preferred, in lieu of flowers
