Brenda Hilda Catania, 71, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2013, at her home 
in Mandeville, LA.

She was born on Thursday, August 07, 1941 in New Orleans, LA to the late Robert 
Dillon and Claire McCraine Dillon. 
She was also preceded in death by great grandmother, Harriet Dillon, her step 
father, Walter E. Smith, and parents in law, Angelo and Lena Catania.

Beloved wife of Angelo Catania. Loving mother of Tammy Zacary (Bobby) and Troy 
Catania (Donna). Sister of Carolyn Kimble (the late Leon), Gail Laine (Barry), 
and Linda Hoffmann (Larry). She will be dearly missed by her four grand 
children: Brittany Zacary Bailey (Ryan), Robert Zacary III, Sarah Catania, and 
Sean Catania. 
She is also survived by her aunt and uncle, Zola and Donald Dillon, nieces: 
Kelly Martin (David), Katie Ladomerszky (Ted), Lisa Patrick (Sean), Gina 
Bourgeious (Don), nephews: Todd Laine (Jennifer), Lee Kimble, and Chad Kimble 
(Nicole) and many great nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial Mass on Wednesday, 
June 19, 2013 at 12:00 Noon at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st 
Avenue, Covington, LA 70433. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service 
time. Interment will follow Mass in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, Covington, LA.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
