EVELYN LOUISE BLACK COSTILOW, age 84 years, of Slidell, LA passed away on 
Thursday, June 27, 2013.

Beloved Wife of the late Walter T. Costilow, Jr.
Mother of Walter T. Costilow, III(Janis) and Kenneth W. Costilow(Eileen).
Sister of the late Matte Moore and Thomas Wayne Black, Jr.
Also survived by 5 grandchildren, Brian Costilow, Brandon Costilow, Kay Beth 
Erickson, Erin Costilow and Patrick Costilow, 4 great grandchildren, Caleb, 
Gabriel, Braden and Nicolas Costilow and several nieces and nephews.

She was a native of Grenada, MS., a former resident of New Orleans for over 40 
years and a Slidell resident for the past 14 years. She was a former member, 
nursery school teacher and active participant in numerous church programs at 
Gentilly Baptist Church.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services 
at First Baptist Church, 4141 Pontchartrain Drive , Slidell, LA, 70458, on 
Monday, July 1, 2013 at 1:00 P.M.

Interment in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Grenada, MS.. on Tuesday, July 2, 2013.

Visitation at the church on Monday after 11:00 A.M. until funeral time.
Donations to First Baptist Church of Slidell, preferred, in lieu of flowers
