CARRIE LYNN BASTOE DISTEFANO, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 
2013 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Beloved wife of Andy J. Distefano.
Mother of Sarah Jayne Denn Pedeaux(David).
Daughter of Donald Bastoe, Sr. and Jayne Moffett Bastoe.
Granddaughter of Gloria Bastoe and the late Louis Bastoe, Mary Ann Moffett and 
the late Lloyd Moffett.
Sister of Kellie Bastoe Daigrepont and Donald L. Bastoe, Jr.,
Also survived by a grandchild, Isabelle Lynn Pedeaux, and a nephew Michael 
Daigrepont.

Carrie, affectionately known as “Nanny Care Care”, was a beloved and devoted 
wife, mother, daughter and grandmother who was deeply dedicated to her Catholic 
faith and family.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral
Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 400 Westchester Blvd., Slidell, 
LA, on Saturday, June 29 , 2013 at 11:00 A.M.

Interment in New Palestine Cemetery, Picayune, MS.

Visitation at the church on Saturday after 9:00 A.M. until funeral time.
