FREDERICKS, TAMMY JO 

Tammy Jo Fredericks of Slidell, Louisiana passed away on Saturday, June 15, 
2013 at the age of 54 years. 

She was survived by her husband Arnold Fredericks, children Scott Delash, 
Christy Pendelton, step children Sarah Fredericks, Ali Fredericks, her mother 
Louise Gardener Rosenthal, and siblings Scott, Billy Sue, and Theresa. She was 
also survived by 4 grandchildren. 

Mrs. Fredericks was preceded in death by her father Bill Hilliard. 

Williams Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
