FRIEDT, JAY FRANK 
(June 6, 1961 - June 24, 2013)

Jay Frank Friedt, 52 of Metairie, Louisiana died on Monday, June 24, 2013, in 
New Orleans, Louisiana.

He was born Tuesday, June 6, 1961 in Houston, Texas. He was the son of Violet 
Whitman Friedt and the late Ralph Friedt, Jr. He was the husband of Claudia 
Evelyn Doninelli Castro Friedt.

Loving father of Darla Friedt Mack (Andrew), Jason Friedt, and the late Joshua 
Friedt. Brother of Regina Beattie, Jeff Friedt (Faith) and Steve Friedt 
(Marilyn). He will be greatly missed by his 6 grand children.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 28, 2013 at E. J. 
Fielding Funeral Home located at 2260 West 21st Avenue in Covington, Louisiana 
70433. The family will receive friends for visitation from 9:00 AM until 
service time. 

Interment will follow services in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, Covington, LA.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the account of Jay F. Friedt and 
Claudia E. Doninelli Friedt at any Chase Bank location.
