GALVAN, KATIE HARDY 
October 30, 1936  -  June 28, 2013

KATIE HARDY GALVAN, 76, of Picayune, MS, went to be with the Lord on Friday, 
June 28, 2013.

Beloved wife of Pete L. Galvan for the past 54 years.
Mother of Yolanda L. Galvan, Peter R. Galvan (wife Alison), and the late Elaine 
Landry.
Daughter of the late Rev. Arthur W. Hardy and Ruby Smith Hardy.
Sister of Linda Bilquist ( husband Chuck) , Louis Hardy (wife Ollie), and the 
late Betty Jean Morales.
Sister-in-law of Esther Herrera, Noel Galvan (wife Inez), Israel Galvan (wife 
Marsha), Eddie Galvan (wife Grace), and the late Manuel Galvan, and Benjamin 
Galvan.
Also survived by 4 grandchildren; Brandon Morgan, Courtney Morgan, Allie 
Galvan, and the late Grant R. Galvan; and many nieces and nephews.

A native of Isola, MS and a resident of Picayune, MS since 1984.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services 
at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), 
Slidell, LA on Friday, July 5, 2013 at 1:00pm.
Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 11:00am.
Rev. Donal Chance will be officiating.

Interment will follow in House of Prayer Cemetery in Slidell, LA.

Donations to Notre Dame Hospice preferred, in lieu of flowers.
