GEORGE “BUNK” LUKE JOHNSON, Gunnery Sergeant, U.S.M.C., Retired, age 75 years, 
of Slidell, LA, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2013.

Beloved Husband of Marie Miller Johnson
Father of John Michael Johnson.
Brother of Connie Reese of Macon, Ga., the late Robert M. Johnson, Jr., Mabel 
Johnson, Pearl Johnson and Donald Johnson.
Brother-in-law of Perry Miller(Vena), Steven Miller(Becky), John K. 
Miller(Debra), the late McDaniel Miller, James Miller, Herman Miller, Sydney 
Miller(Carol), Jean Miller and Leon P. Miller.
Also survived by his grandchildren, Britt M. Johnson, Jacquelyn M. Johnson, 
Joseph M. Johnson, Joshua M. Johnson and Charlie T. Johnson, and a great 
grandson Nevin Johnson and numerous of nieces and nephews.

He served two combat tours in Vietnam.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services 
at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,
1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA, on Thursday, June 
20, 2013 at 11:00 A.M.

Interment in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Visitation on Thursday from 9:00 A.M. until funeral time
