Harold W. Mitchell "Pappy", a retired Air Force Veteran of WWII, passed away on 
Monday, June 17, 2013 at his home in Covington, LA at the age of 93. 

Born in McNeil, MS, life long resident of Calvert, TX and a resident of 
Covington for the past 3 years. 

Loving spouse of Dianne Mitchell for 3 years. 
Stepfather of Monica, Jay, Mark Michel and Mandy Austin. 
Grandfather of Aniston, Aurelia, Ashton and Adeline Austin; Logan and Shyla 
Michel; and Aiden Stengle. 
Brother of the late Anna May Mitchell, Lenabelle Mitchell and Pascal Mitchell.

A Memorial Service will be held at Serenity Funeral Home, Covington 20419 Hwy. 
36, Saturday June 22, 2013 at 11:00 am. Visitation at the funeral home from 
10:00 am until service time.
