Frederick Charles Spotts passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2013 at the age of 
69.

Beloved husband of Cynthia Klein Spotts. Loving father of Donna M. Gassiot and 
Mark Anthony Gassiot. Son of the late Wanda and Frederick Spotts. Brother of 
Edward D. Spotts (Elaine), Wanda S. Laiche (Dennis) and the late Charles J. 
Spotts. Grandfather of Ashleigh E. Givens (Brian), Amber M. Baskin and Adalai 
Fox Gassiot. Also survived by nieces and nephews.

Mr. Spotts was a native of New Orleans and a longtime resident of Mandeville 
where he was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. 
He was a U.S. Navy Viet Nam veteran.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on 
Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 312 Lafitte 
St., Mandeville, LA 70448 at 11:00 AM with visitation on Monday evening at E.J. 
Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433 from 6:00 PM 
until 9:00 PM and AT CHURCH on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until Mass time.

Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
