CHAUFFE, CATHERINE I. 
(November 30, 1934 - July 1, 2013)

Catherine Isabel Weber Chauffe, 78, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2013 in 
Mandeville, LA.

She was born in New Orleans, LA on November 30, 1934 to the late George Alfred 
Weber and Luanna Augustine Dumesnil Weber. She was the beloved wife of Jackie 
Joseph Chauffe, Sr. for 57 years. Loving mother of Paula Sexton (James), Mary 
Haile (Mark), Keith Chauffe, and the late Jackie Chauffe, Jr. 

She will be dearly missed by her six grandchildren: Christopher, Matthew, 
Shannon, Elise, Evans, and Elizabeth. Sister of the late Audrey Weber McAnespy.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services 
on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, 
Covington, LA 70433 at 3:00 PM with visitation from 1:00 PM until service time. 

Interment will follow in Mandeville City Cemetery.
