"JB" Coleman of Terrytown, LA- passed away unexpectedly on July 5,2013 of respiratory complications at Ochsner Medical Center in Gretna, LA. He was 53 years young. Jaime was born on December 10, 1959 in New York. He graduated from John Martin High School in New Orleans in 1979. Jaime is the son of the late Jack Coleman and the late Irma Ortiz Coleman of Queens, New York. He was predeceased by his son, Seth Leo Coleman, in 2002. Jaime leaves behind his 3 sisters: Ida Estopinal and husband Frederick III of Mandeville, Darlene and Rick Concepcion of Wappingers Falls, New York, and sister Tammy Coleman. Jaime was well known for his wonderful sense of humor, kind, generous spirit, as a devoted friend, brother, and uncle. He has touched many lives and he was happy to have them near especially Gloria Bergeron, Lottie & James Bennett, Rusty Bradshaw, "Smokey", Ted Badeaux and Brittany Torres, just to name a few. He was a father figure to his nieces and nephews and godchildren: Winnie Hernandez, Andre Mochon, Albert Estopinal, Eliska Juarez, Heather Walker, Brooke Cheramie, and Martha Thibodeaux Lemoine. Jaime traveled often to visit family in New York, especially his "grandchildren"- Jayden, Jordan & Julia. He was their "Pops" and will never be forgotten. To sum up how Jaime lived his life...some people come into our lives and leave footprints in our hearts and we are never the same. Jaime was that person. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. The family would like express sincere thanks for all who have helped him along his journey. In staying with Jaime's wishes, there are no calling hours and cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held in the near future. ===================
