BIRCHFIELD, THELMA LOUISE 
September 10, 1936  -  August 11, 2013

Thelma L. Birchfield, of Slidell, LA, passed away August 11 2013, She was 76 
years old. 

She is survived by her husband of 57years, Stephen E. Birchfield; children: 
Jeffrey A. Birchfield; Della Birchfield Hendrix and husband, Mark; Debra 
A.Birchfield; brothers: John Howard Richards and Dale Edward Richards, and 
sisters: Edna Noreen Freeman and Karen Sue Foster, 5 grandchildren; 7 great 
grandchildren and her beloved dog, Spiro. 

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend and a long time member of 
Calvary Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 15, 2013 at Calvary Baptist Church, 1615 
Old Spanish Trial, Slidell, La, from 10am until funeral service at 11 am, 
officiated by the Rev. John Reid. 

Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
