BOHNET, DOROTHY 
    August 14, 2013

Dorothy Moore Bohnet passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, August 
14, 2013 at the age of 67. 

She was a native of Newellton, LA and longtime resident of Slidell, LA. 

Dottie was the beloved wife of 40 years of Clavin Bohnet. She was the loving 
mother of Scott Bohnet and his wife, Sam, of Ridgeland, MS and proud 
grandmother of Chaz and Sarah. She is also survived by her sister Mary 
Franchini and her husband George of Sequim, WA, her niece Heather Ferguson and 
her husband David, grandnieces India, Ella, and Caroline Ferguson and numerous 
other nieces, nephews and cousins. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dudley and Hilda Moore, and her sister 
Margaret Huey. Dottie retired from the Orleans Parish School Board after being 
a dedicated teacher and librarian in the elementary school system for 32 years. 
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at Honaker 
Funeral home, 1751 Gause Blvd. West, Slidell, La, on Saturday, August 17, at 
1:00pm. Visitation will begin at 12 noon. 

Burial will follow the service at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
