Nellie Erwin Johnston passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at the age of 91. 

Beloved wife of the late K.C. Johnston, Loving mother of Karen Johnston, Melinda 
Johnston Blancher and Nancy Johnston. Daughter of the late Celestine “Tena” 
Whitney Erwin and Benjamin Carter Erwin. Sister to the late Inez Fitzmorris, 
Andrew Erwin, Beatrice Erwin and Muriel Richardson. Also survived by great 
grandchildren, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Johnston was a native and lifelong resident of Covington.

Family and friends are invited to An Informal Gathering of Remembrance on 
Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013 at Spotlights in the Lakefront Arena, 6801 Franklin Ave, 
New Orleans, LA 70122 from 2:00pm-5:00pm.
