Philip S. LeBlanc entered into eternal rest on August 17, 2013 at the age of 
77. 

Beloved husband of 51 years to Katherine J. LeBlanc. Father to Carol L. Cobbs, 
Philip R. LeBlanc, Janet K. LeBlanc, Grandfather to Nichole L. Cobbs, Daniel A. 
Cobbs, Josie A. Griffin, Rodney B. Griffin, father-in-law to Allen B. Cobbs. 
Late parents Eldridge LeBlanc, Mary Magadalen Sibley LeBlanc, sisters Jeanette, 
Dorothy, Genivieve, brother Alford. 

He is a loving father and husband who shall be forever missed. The world is 
diminished for his passing. A man who devoted his life to providing for his 
family.
