Leany Carpenter Taylor passed away on Friday, August 16, 2013 in Covington, LA. 

She was born, Saturday, July 18, 1931 in Enon, LA to Ambrose and Callie Provost 
Carpenter and was a resident of Bush for over 60 years.

The beloved wife of the late Freddie Taylor, she is survived by four daughter – 
Fredra Lynn Bono, Judith Ann Taylor, Susan Marie Taylor and Linda Taylor 
Bennett; 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister - Zora Parks and three 
brothers - Delos, Melvin and Russell Carpenter.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at 11:00 AM on 
Monday, August 19, 2013 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue 
Covington, LA 70433.

Visiting hours will begin Monday at 9:30 AM.

Interment at Wm. Sharp Cemetery on Housecreek Road in Bush, LA will immediately 
follow services.
