Ronald L. Heim , age 65 of Covington, LA died on Thursday, September 12, 2013.

Born, Monday, August 09, 1948 in Louisville, KY to Leo A. Heim and Alberta 
Heim.

Survived by his wife of 43 years Phyllis Heim, daughter Christina James, son-
in-law David James, grandsons Caleb James and Ethan James, sister Elizabeth 
Rohde, brother Lawrence Heim, brother-in-laws Philip Perera and Lenn Rohde, 
sister-in-law Susie Heim.

He was predeceased by his father Leo A. Heim and mother Alberta Heim.

He served in the US Coast Guard during the Vietnam era.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at 7:00 PM on 
Thursday, September 19, 2013 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st 
Avenue Covington, LA 70433.

Visitation on Thursday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 
Belfort Road, Suite 300, Jacksonville, Florida
