Ruth Nicholson Mayronne , age 84 of Covington, LA died on Sunday, September 08, 
2013, at her residence. 
Born, Sunday, May 6, 1929 in De Kalb, MS to Robert Lake Nicholson and Ethel 
Grace Nicholson.

Survived by her children Melanie Meredith, Reuben Mayronne, III, Thomas 
Mayronne, John Mayronne, R. Michael Mayronne, Maria Miller, Ann Dykes, Margaret 
Burns, Catherine Almond, Mary Martha Douglas, Stephen Mayronne, Paul Mayronne, 
sisters Edith Wagner and Nell Whittington, 45 grandchildren and 18 great-
grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents Robert Lake Nicholson and Ethel Grace 
Nicholson, husband Reuben W. Mayronne, Jr., brother James Lake Nicholson and 3 
grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at 12:00 PM on 
Friday, September 13, 2013 at St. Jane de Chantal Catholic Church, 72040 Maple 
St. Abita Springs, LA 70420. Visitation, AT THE CHURCH, on Friday, September 
13, 2013 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. 

Interment in St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery St. Benedict, LA.

A reception will follow the burial at Christwood Retirement Community.

In Lieu of flowers donation may be made to St. Joseph Abbey, 75376 River Road, 
St. Benedict, LA 70457.
