Baudot, Jr., affectionately known as “CW” and a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, son, brother, and treasured friend too many, died November 2, 2013 at his home in Kenner, LA surrounded by those he loved. At 68 years old, he will be remembered for his captivating presence, unforgettable personality, his relentless work ethic and penchant for life. He was born in Madisonville, the son of the late Claude W., Sr. and the late Myrtle Galatas Baudot. The devoted husband of Lori Freiler Baudot, CW is survived by his daughter and son-in-law - Angela and Scott Fanning of Madisonville, his grandchildren Sarah, Rachel and Scott Fanning; daughter - Amy Baudot of Slidell and his grandchildren, Shaye and Cayde Dorr; daughter and son-in-law - Allyson and Tony Mounce of Kenner, his grandchildren, Lauren and Reid Mounce; two sons - Jon- Paul Claude and Brennan Lee Baudot. He is also survived by the mother of his four eldest children (Angela, Amy, Allyson, Jon-Paul) - Catherine Osinski Baudot; nephews Craig and Jay Baudot; and his brother - Collins Bignar. He was preceded in death by one brother - Larry Lee Baudot. He also leaves behind numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433. Visiting hours on Thursday will begin at 10:00 AM. Interment at the Theo Dendinger Cemetery in Madisonville, LA will immediately follow services. ===================
