Shirley LeBlanc Jenkins was received by The Lord on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 
at the age of 77.

Beloved wife of the late Rayferd R. Jenkins. Loving mother of Jan Jenkins 
Perry, Russell R. Jenkins (Lorraine), Cindy Jenkins Lester (Ricky) and a 
deceased infant son. Daughter of the late Thelma Stein LeBlanc and Joseph F. 
LeBlanc, Sr. Sister of Audrey LeBlanc Cooper and Joseph F. LeBlanc, Jr. 
Grandmother of Matthew Perry, Jennifer Perry, Bradley Jenkins, Blake Jenkins, 
Vanessa Jenkins Nolan, Jessica Lester and Brittany Lester Mathies. Great-
grandmother of Grant Perry, Raegan Theriot, Rachael Perry, Lane Rodriguez, 
Rylan Perry, Lucas Nolan, Loralie Nolan and baby Mathies due in May.

She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services 
on Sunday, December 1, 2013 at New Zion Baptist Church, 17387 New Zion Baptist 
Church Rd., Covington, LA 70435 at 3:00 PM with visitation at church from 1:00 
PM until service time.

Interment will follow in Fussell Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in memory of Mrs. Jenkins 
to be made to the New Zion Baptist Church Building Fund.
