ELAINE NEMETH LADIK, age 83 years,of Slidell, LA, passed away on Sunday, 
November 10, 2013.

Beloved Wife of the late Regis J. Lakik.
Mother of Douglas Ladik and Lynn Stephenson(Greg).
Sister of Audrey Janosko and the late Leonard Nemeth.
Also survived by her grandchildren, Adam Stephenson(Brittany), Jennifer 
Rabalais(Stephen) and great grandchildren Sophie and Drew Rabalais.
She was very active in the Slidell Newcomers Club.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial
Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 400 Westchester, Slidell, LA
on Thursday, November 21?, 2013 at 10:00 A.M.

Interment in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, preferred, in lieu of flowers.
