Oscar Eugene “Gene” Williams passed away on Monday, November 4, 2013 at the age 
of 70.

Beloved husband of Michelle St. Romain Williams. Loving father of Angie 
Williams Livingston, Nicholas Galliano, Shaun Burke and the late David Eugene 
Williams. Son of the late Thelma King and Oscar Lee Williams. Grandfather of 
Christopher, Jonathan, Ashton, Hailey, Abbie, Anthony and Jackson. Great-
grandfather of Zeke and Lilli. Father-in-law of Jamie, Terri and Stephanie.

Oscar was retired from IBM and founder owner of Oscar’s Q and Bar in Chapel 
Hill, NC. Recently relocated to the New Orleans area and became an avid LSU and 
Saints Fan.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on 
Friday, November 8, 2013 at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 20370 Smith Rd., 
Covington, LA 70435 at 2:00 PM with visitation at church on Friday from 11:00 
AM until Mass time.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in memory of Mr. Williams 
to be made to the American Lung Association.
