Shawn Michael Lockhart, Sr. passed away on Monday, December 30, 2013.

Beloved husband of Daneen Hackney Lockhart, high school sweethearts since 1982. 
They were married 26 years. Shawn, Sr. was a beloved father of Leighanne Carla, 
Shawn Michael, Jr., and Emily Anne Lockhart; loving son of Donnelly Joseph 
Lockhart, Sr. and Jane Elizabeth Kain Lockhart; brother to Donnelly Joseph 
Lockhart, Jr. (Susan), Alison Lockhart Knight; uncle of several nieces and 
nephews and preceded in death by his brother Darren Evan Lockhart, Sr.

Shawn, Sr. was 48 years old, a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of 
Mandeville, LA for 14 years. He was a 1983 graduate of East Jefferson High 
School and was a body shop owner and paint specialist.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, January 
4, 2014 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433 
from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM with a Funeral Mass immediately following.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Tammany Humane Society at 
20384 Harrison Ave. Covington, LA
