Jerome Jude Ducre passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at University 
Hospital, New Orleans at the age of 61. 

Served two tours with the U.S. Marines Corps during Vietnam. 

Native of and lifelong resident of Lacombe, LA. Devoted son of the late Sandy 
and Cordella Ducre. 

Father of Jerome Ducre, Jr. and Tyrone Ducre. Brother of Hardy Ducre (Joanie), 
Amanda Ducre, Veronica D. Silve, Carondelet Ducre, Eveland D. Augustin, and the 
late Salvador Ducre, Jerengo Ducre, Stanley A. Ducre, Yancy Ducre and survived 
by one sister-in-law Pearlie Mae. 
Grandfather of Tyler, Brittany, Brandon, Bryan, Pashience and Bryson and one 
great grandchild, Sheldon. 
Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian 
burial on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 
Lacombe, LA at 11:00 am. Visitation at the church from 9:00 am until Mass time. 

Interment immediately following at Osey Ordogne Cemetery, Lacombe.
