Alberta Sharp LaMondra passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at the age of 
85.

Beloved wife by first marriage to the late E.H. Fitzmorris and by second 
marriage to the late Robert LaMondra. Loving mother of Lynn Fitzmorris-
Ratcliff, Stanley E. “Abe” Fitzmorris, Janice “Janie” Fitzmorris Brown, Shannon 
E. Fitzmorris Spinks and Samuel E. “Bim” Fitzmorris. Daughter of the late 
Amelia Galloway Sharp and Hardy Sharp. Sister of Vesta Sharp, Norma Jean 
Austin, Ernest Sharp, and the late Catherine Rogers, Velma Brignac, Argyle 
Sharp and Versie Sharp. Also survived by 12 grandchildren, 23 great-
grandchildren and 11 great great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services 
on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Shepherd’s Care Ministries, 20115 Hwy 1081, 
Covington, LA 70435 at 1:00 PM with visitation on Friday evening at E.J. 
Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 from 6:00 PM 
until 9:00 PM and AT CHURCH ON SATURDAY from 11:00 AM until service time.

Interment will follow in Barker-McManus Cemetery.
